Criminal Records, Expungement Dismissed/ expunged charge

I have been married to a U.S citizen for three years now. My I 130 has been approved. But worried about my arrest back in feb. 2000 for Simple assalt on a female. the charge was voluntaraly dismissed by the DA., but the charge was still showing on the court record, despite a dismissed disposition. so I petition for expungment last year and now the charge is expunged. Will this affect my Green card application?

If it was a charge only without a conviction, that shouldn't have any immigration consequences.

But you would have to disclose it even if it has been expunged.
