I am searching for a house to rent in a beach community. There is a house listed in my local paper that says "walk" to beach... I am handicapped, isn't that a discriminating term? Isn't it against federal law to use this wording? Perhaps "minutes" to beach or some other term would be less offensive. Can you clarify if it's against a law or just poor choice of wording on the realtor's part?

Your really trying to stretch this issue arent you? What do you intend to gain or think you will gain from this? You have no potential law suit. There is no discrimination here
