Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Dirty UA in IL

I am confused and just looking for clarification. In April my husband was arrested for possession of Marijuana. Since then he has had a few court apperances all of which were followed by Urine tests. He had court again this morning and was informed since he had a dirty UA in May they were incarcerating him today. My curiosity is this, he has been clean since then, he has always tested clean for him since then and he tested clean again today. Is there anything I can do for him at all? I ask because tommorrow is our sons 5th birthday and I really don't want to explain it to him right before that. His extended family is currently trying to come up with the bail Im just wondering if I have any other options. This happened in Waukegan Il.
