Can DFS be held reliable if they take it upon themselves to conduct an investigation regarding a mandated reporter making a claim of H.P.V. when there is a logical medical explanation from the doctor who is only reporting the incident as required by law due to the region of the infection? can they further be held reliable when the caseworker takes it upon themselves to investigate the matter as an emergency hotline when in reality the doctor stated there was no area of concern to which the caseworker refers to a parents' background as the reason for the investigation, due to convicted drug activity without any prior allegations or conviction regarding any sexual related acts. It should be noted that there was no disclosure nor a perpetrator listed in the investigation, however the caseworker attempted to implement a safe plan preventing the father from seeing is kids for the sole purpose of the father having a drug conviction.
