My friend had DFACS called on him, they came and made the wife leave with the children. Now, he has a lawyer and she has a separate lawyer because they were told they could not have the same lawyer. DFACS told her she would have to get a restraining order against him, and in order to do that, she would have to divorce him. They are letting him call his children and contact them, but he cannot speak to the wife. All of this started when the wife's family called DFACS on him stating he beat the children and he does not. Why would they let him speak with the children and not her if it were a case against him for beating the children????? I am trying to wrap my head around all of this because nothing makes sense and nothing is adding up.
