Security Deposit deposit,one month rent plus standing order of extra mths

My landlord is refusing to provide a final reference and also we sign a legal document for my exit by saying is a formality i will get no just my deposit and also my one month rent on the day he decide to say he will keep in touch i left after few day he never answer is phone my bank by mistake never cancel the standing order he go paid the next month an still doesn't want to payee the money with any reason
