I had an altercation with a staff member at a business for a local city back in January and have recently found out that the place of business has a sign up on the bulletin board stating (the use of my full name) is banned from this facility. No word was ever discussed as to me as being banned from their facility, but yet they have it in the public view on a bulletin board.
I have had several people ask me about this. What are, if any, my rights legally? I do have pictures of this sign on the bulletin board for the public viewing. Can I take this to court? Can I press charges? What if any actions could be taken?
