Okay, I did a search but kept getting error responses....so here goes.....

QUESTION 1: When you are put on the DEJ program and completed it with all terms satisfactory, all charges are dismissed correct?
QUESTION 2: Given that the juvenile did everything accordingly, the case has now (4 years later) been sealed correct?
QUESTION 3: What does this say about a criminal record? Is it saying that the juvenile has not been convicted of any crimes, but to only be adjudicated delinquent?

C'mon people? I know there are a bunch of helpful, wiser members on this board.

Thanks!

This is in regard to the Los Angeles County, CA

Each state is different. Google: juvenile ajuducated records in ... (your state) and see what your state says. The person may have to try and get the record expunged.
