Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Deferred Entry of Judgement and leaving state/county

According to my attorney I'll most likely be getting into a "Deferred Entry of Judgment" program. All my crimes were stated as misdeamanors, tho, (being under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of syringe).

Anyway, I know that I will be randomly drug tested under this program. I'm wondering if travel is allowed at all? The program lasts something like 18 months and if I get a job in another state, need to travel somewhere, anything like that, will this be an issue?

I'm clean now and wont be testing dirty at all during this program, but what happens if I do?

Will I be able to at least leave my county and go down to SoCal for the weekend?

This will probalby be handled by a probation officer, and it will generally be up to them, unless there is something specific in the court orders that ban this.
