I have just had a consultation with a Bankruptst Attorney, and have come away slightly confused.

A previous consultation with a different attorney, assisted me in laying the ground work for my defense.

She informed me of my right to have an attorney ; File Motion Vacate dfault

However the bankruptcy attorney says; not my job, I am assuming that this is a state motion for filing, . .
what does tthe success of this motion depend on ? That will ad up to excusable for the following reasons, . . .

Well you want to represent the people and be a defense attorney some day don't you !

To make your job a little easier, Did I say in, "in good faith" .

Today I would swear that I saw my conselors eyes light up simply to escape the bordom,
of a case that was not so interesting, when he heard something I said, shame on him !
I guess when you are handling bankruptcy cases for ordinary reason and ordinary people,
you probably want to get paid for it, . . but when that seldom interesting case comes up,
and those huge corporate flashing televison casino billboards start lighting up, well now thats, entirely another story !

Ohh! ah, . .
Anyway, lets get back down to the business of the business at hand.

Jove

The debtor claims that a credit conflict existed during the time in business before the failure.
And, this set in motion a time consuming effort, applied by an act of, "unfair competion", or "wrongful neglect". on the part of a third party creditor, causing the credit failure, This to me is a considerable factor, when a vacate motion is filed, will it be seen with this consideration by the courts ?

Sorry, I just haven't been myself lately !!

my last post might be made more clear;

New Jersey,

This concerns a debt judgement

The debtor claims that a credit conflict existed during the time in business before the failure.

And, this set in motion a credit failure, caused by an act of, "unfair competition", or "wrongful neglect". on the part of a, "third party creditor", causing the credit failure,

Many accounts of credit is often effected by one of those accounts, if something goes wrong in one they are all effected, when a vacate motion is filed, will it be seen with this consideration by the courts ?

Filing a Motion to Vacate Default Judgement in Foreclosure

I am in the process of filing out the forms to file the motion to ;
Filing a Motion to Vacate Default Judgement in Foreclosure

First Question;
When it comes to the the " reasons, why you want this motion granted ,

I have more than one reason, is there a special way to list them, i.e.,

1. Notice of Motion : Excusable Neglect

2. "Wrongful Neglect" in "Fair Credit Practice"

If this motion is denied, can there be an appeal in the State of New Jersey ?

Will appreciate an answer to this post, Thanks alot.
