I'm a victim of gaslighting harrassing tormenting act and I have a restraining order against me I now know this was done on purpose I have lost everthing no home no family no friends nothing left except I'm not insane I want to prove i was a victum how do I do this in this situation a family member did this purposely! ! Please get back to me Amy

Hi Amy - there really isn't much information for us to be able to discuss anything. I'm guessing that you're claiming that someone filed a false report against you, which is unlawful and potentially a crime. I'm assuming this is something that would be easily dismissed if it had no factual basis. And if you believe it's a family member, this is probably messy. I'm afraid that I'm not sure if there is much we can add here.
