My sister filed a report on me for breaking and entering, stealing her Vicodin. This supposed incident took place while I was at dog school with several witness'. I have substantial alibies for my whereabouts, including stamped ATM and gas reciepts. The real issue is that when I read the Police Report, I about croaked! She stated in the filed report that I was a Vicodin addict(I have NEVER taken Vicodin)also stated that I was in and out of Rehab centers. She told the reporting Officer that I had been kicked out of the last rehab stint! I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A REHAB CENTER OR BEEN PRESCRIBED VICODIN!!! I have never been hospitalized for an addiction problem and everything in this report can be proved as lies. Now I am informed this is Public Record! What do I do? How do I get this falsified info expunged? I'm feeling like I'm in a bad Lifetime Movie! HELP!!!

Unless you are tried and convicted, there is no record. Consider the source and stay away from your sister. You have your records if this even makes it to court which i doubt. Stick with the facts and you will be okay. :p

    Expunge and Sue

Ironically I read the same circumstances in the litigations thread,

If your facts are true and easily proven this would be a legal counter and I get off on people/organizations found liable for false allegations!
