Deed signing question. PLEASE HELP!!

A friend back home in Pennsylvania has been in a relationship with a man for 7 years now. They just had their first child recently and are now getting ready to buy their first home. The tough thing about this situation is that he avoids the topic of marriage like the plague. Though she may not be happy in her relationship she still moves forward with it. I have learned that he's buying a house and putting her name on the deed as well. My question is what dangers she could face if she were to wise up and leave later on down the road. Will she be responsible for mortgage payments if her name is one the deed and not on the mortgage. If she is a stay at home mom and offers no financial assistance will he be able to come after her for money later on. I suppose this is her business to find these things out but she's easily caught up in the romance of buying a new home for their family so I'd like to find out what she may be in store for if she decides to leave. I want to make sure my friend is protected. Thank you.

at some point the title company is gonna need her signature. they shouldn't put her name on anything because he says so. i would have all parties sign all docs together.
