I had a free trial with Ballys and never signed a contract. I am now being sued for $2516.33. The have a law firm who is threating to garnish my wages or have me go to court. they have given me 30 days. What can I do?

If you never signed the contract, it would appear you aren't required to pay.
But, Bally's are persistent and diabolical.
Stop communicating with the debt collector.
If you don't want to be blackmailed or defrauded, don't speak with the devil.
If they sue you, defend.
Levying against wages in FL is extremely difficult.
Just be smart, don't say anything more, don't pay on the debt, and don't sign anything.
