In a home were a person has medical issues such as bipolar, depression and other severe medical conditions starts making violent threats such as physical harm, killing a person and/or animal close to a person. Can the victim(s) of verbal threat's have such person whom is an adult in there 50 or 60 put away in a medical facility for mental health and physical health treatment do to such persons violent out bursts? If someone could tell me what course of action should be taken it would be helpful. Other information can be asked.

unfortunately the person in charge is the one who is making such threats and violent out burst and has a head injury that contribute to his actions.

Contact law enforcement any time the person is being violent. They might potentially remove the person from the home temporarily under certain circumstances. Otherwise contact you local mental health agency and arrange for an evaluation.
Also, you have the option of leaving if you fear for your safety.

It sounds like the person needs to be in some type of controlled environment facility. You can talk to his dr. or a mental health professional. However; if the person is being violent around you & others, contact the police.

I heavily doubt the OP can arrange for any sort of evaluation.

I completely agree with this. If you call the police / law enforcement, they will probably ask you if you fear for your safety. If you don't, then it's not really an issue for them to intervene. It becomes just an issue where you're not comfortable with living conditions and the medical issues another person has in the home that cause you discomfort but not harm. Understand that if you don't actually fear that the speaker is threatening you seriously, then it's one you'll need to deal with on your own - including potentially leaving the premises, which is your option.
