I purchased a car 7/15. the car has damage on the driver fender that the dealership said will be fixed and a document was signed by the sales manager agreeing to fix the fender. I took it in to be fixed. now the dealership says it was fixed (they spay painted it only) and that they will not fix it. I have complaint to the dealership manager and they will not fix it.

Unfortunately, your remedy lies in small claims court.
Take the car to three repair shops and get estimates to fix the damage.
Then file your small claims case, and tell it to the judge.
If you have written proof of what the dealer agreed to do, that's the basis for your monetary claim in small claims.

In the future, don't do the deal until EVERYTHING is the way you want to to be.
Don't buy a car based on someone's often lying, deceiving, say anything promise.

Good luck.
