daughter burnt husband left many days before now children cant see mom

my daughters husband walked out on my daughter and their four children 4 days before she took off after being broken hearted she locked door and went out of town long story now she is in hospital 30% 3rd degree burns and he comes and takes kids to girlfriend house not able to see daughters family scared that he might hurt her

You should consult a lawyer on your daughter's behalf to see if there is anything that can be done while she is in the hospital.

Since your daughter is still married, she and her husband have the same rights to the children. Also, since she is in the hospital and unable to care for them, he has legal responsibility for them.
