Damage to vehicle after repairs...need advice

My husband and I brought our truck into a local auto body shop to have repaired. When they brought our truck back out, there were deep scratches on his truck. The auto body company is refusing to accept the fact that someone on their lot did the damage, and refuse to give us any of their insurance information. We copied the scratch and dent report from them, which showed no damage to his vehicle. I need to know what to do now. I have tried to work something out with them, but will not do anything. We have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please help if you can.
