daddy's widow got a lifetime dowry on his house. when she dies, little brother gets property. if little brother dies before her, I get the property when she dies. she's declared bankruptcy and her lifetime dowry is going to be auctioned off. ??? can she do that. and where does that leave little brother and me?
his camper is listed in the same manner (lifetime dowry) but she has somehow put the camper in her name. how can I do something about that?

If all she holds is a life estate by virtue of her life dowry, her bankruptcy won't affect the remainder interest. Your brother may wish to consider acquiring her dowry interest at the auction.
