Criminal Trespassing Help Property Invasion, Damages, Trespass

I lived in kansas and been charge with criminal trespassing.
I was at a gas station getting gas and after getting gas i went to get my tire pump, just so happen that there are no parking space left so i had to park next to a group of street racers, next thing i know the cops show up and arrest those guys include me, they thought was with them. They did not tell me what i was charge with until i found out later. there was no sign or anything around the parking place and no one tell me to leave either including the cop. so did not know i wasnt suppose to be there. right now i have a public defender but is there any chance that i can win this case ? help please
