It's not a criminal charge. AC 000.00UZ is a placeholder code used by the New York State Department of Corrections. Apparently the U and Z refers to different agencies, U being the Office of Court Administration and the Z to the Budget and/or Office of the State Comptroller. It may have to do with a criminal charge for which there isn't yet information entered, perhaps a misdemeanor without determination of a fine. I recall seeing that someone and can confirm this with a colleague who regularly makes trips to Riker's Island to meet with clients.
