my friend has found a credit card and he has spent 50 000 rs.....he used amex card for 3 days....and it was not closed ispite of being lost by the owner....after 3 days of being used the credit card was destroyed by a friend of mine....but aftr 2 weeks the owner came to places where he has done shopping and chckkd the cameras n identified him....

i wanted to know wat case he will be charged n will he go to jail.....if yes then for how long.....n can he get bail easily....

It is still theft. It is the same as taking cash from someone.
I'm unfamiliar with the law in India, but for some reason I suspect it is much more severe then here.
The best thing your friend can do is repay the owner of the card the amount he charged on the credit card. That might minimize the penalties when the law gets involved.
