Hi there, essentially this is the issue. Party A owns 500 shares of private stock and Party B owns 500 shares of private stock. Party A and Party B would like to jointly own 1000 shares of this stock together with rights of survivorship.
Is there template of an agreement or a form out there that covers this. I have looked pretty much everywhere, so if someone could provide the template/form it would be greatly appreciated.
