Creating an information website about a fraudulent company

Hello All

I want to open a website that contains information I have about a company that has fraudulent activity, and scams clients.

1. I will only post information I have found on-line
2. I will post the correct company's address as they don't give out their address
3. I will post the owners names (I found them online)

I used to work there but when I quit the didn't pay me my last two pay checks.

So what can/can't I do

In order for them to accuse you of slander or defamation, they have to prove that what you have posted is false, and that they would need to claim damages.

Be careful what you psot and be able to prove what you say.

By the way if they did not pay you did you file a complaint with the state labor board?

Well

One check came back with NSF so I'm going to the DA in our area

And for the second paycheck that was never received I'm going through Texas workforce

Can I put everything under the same name of their domain?

like companyname.com (their)
and companyname.info (my site)

Nothing will stop them from suing you.

I don't know if you would win or they would win or if it would be a draw.

If their name is trademarked, e.g. cocacola.info then it might be an issue. Otherwise it's a good question. They may send you a cease and desist. Perhaps you may want to try a companynamesucks.com web site.
