craigslist harassment through impersonation

An individual has been copying my posts on craigslist and changing the prices and including my phone number and email address.So i get all these phone calls and emails from people who think i'm selling my stuff super cheap.Craigslist has identified the offending poster to me.I know who he is,where he works,his ip number,email address, and phone number.This has been going on for about 2 years now.I want to take legal action against him.and I would like to know how much a case like this might be worth.

How may items have you put up? How much pain and suffering? Does the defendant have money to execute a judgment against? I doubt any lawyer will take this on contingency. You can ask for as much as you want but a judge will reduce it to what is reasonable (and no points for over-exaggerating.)
