A judgement has been reached in a class action suit. I've been having difficulty getting my payment. My attorney got a court order for payment to be made. Then the judge gave them a grace period of 10 days. What is a court order and is it enforceable at the end of the 10 day grace period?

Did you contact the attorneys who negotiated the settlement? The order is that a payment is to be paid within a certain period of time. If it isn't, the defiant party could be sanctioned, e.g. punitive damages tacked on, including interest, to the amount owed to you.
