My jurisdiction is: Florida
Our court paperwork states that my children are to be with me one 3 day weekend a month and the specified holiday visits and that my ex will pay for the travel expenses. I agreed she could move anywhere in the US if my visits were kept. As I have a limited income I would not allow them to leave without that. She signed the agreement so she could move. Now, I have 5 contempt charges filed and have not seen my children in 6 months. She says that it is financially impossible and that the children's school schedule wont allow for it. What can I expect from the court hearing and is there anything I else I can do?
