I am on felony probation for cashing or delivering check with INSF and I got arressted for a violation of my probation when the judge sentenced me for my violation he gave me one year added to my probation credit for time served which was 48 days but he also ordered that I am not to asociate or be around my husband unless we are exchanging custody of our 4 childern. My husband has never been in any trouble, we have never had any demosic violence between us or anything like that.
Is it legal for the judge to do this?
