Alright, this is pretty crazy. My Father in Law cosigned on a car with me. His name is first on the loan, mine is second. Ive had the car a month now and he all of a sudden decided he doesn't want his name on the car, doesnt want us (my wife and i)to have it. He says he's gonna take it back to the dealership and tell them he doesn't want it, or he's gonna sell it. Can he legally 1-sell the car without me signing for it
