Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Contributing to minors

My son got a ticket last night for Contributing to minors i was just wondering the details to this in the courts, its in Northeast Michigan. I didn't know if it was just a fine or if he had to go to court or what. He lost the ticket in his drunken state as well as was beat up and had some personal possessions stolen later on during the night. They did not take him to jail.

I suggest you assign your son to investigate this. He got the citation and claims to have now lost it. He might start by contacting the issuing agency or the court. Who knows what trouble looms, no one knows what he's charged with.

we do know the charge like i said Contributing to minors...i was curious thats all about the procedure...we will be investigating further on monday at the courts since it is friday evening and we can't now.
