I Have a problem,Im a independent painter and i just got fineshed with a job and the owner tells me on the last day that hes missing jewlary. He didnt pay me,now i wanna know can i be arrested for this?.
Did you steal the items? If so, you can be arrested. You may want to check to see if he actually filed a police report. This may be an excuse not to pay.
