Continuation - Baby Fingers

IN ALL THE CONFUSION, WE JUST FOUND OUT & REALIZED THAT THE DVD DISK IN QUESTION IS OURS & WE HAVE PROOF...should i defintely contact the wal-mart store manager or consult an attorney???

You, first must be sure the dvd in "QUESTION" is yours. If you say they have the incident is on cctv, be sure YOUR claim is viable. If the cctv, shows that the crime has took place and then you are producing evidence to the fact that you have proof "A" dvd was purchased by yourselves and it is not the dvd in "Question" you could be getting in yourself in to a situation.

I am not questioning anything that you are saying is not true, I am just stating you should be VERY sure. If i were you i would discuss this with your lawyer. The only advice you can get here is the "law" and all the facts of this case are not known.

I'm still trying to figure out how a 2 yr old managed to get a new DVD out of it's case!

You sound like you have a pretty good case. Do you have an atty? They could raise substantial resonable doubt with the DA. If you have a clean record, they may not even bother prosecuting. Let me know what has transpired since your last submission.
