Facts: Ex-husband has 20+ schizophrenic son on disability living with him in Virginia. Ex is considering getting power of attorney over son - our concern is Ex then has access to son's money, which is to be used for meds, etc. Can power of attorney be contested? If so, how? And how difficult / expensive is it?
