Posting on an internet message board is not a good way to find a lawyer. No decent lawyer would troll for clients that way.

The violation stems from the us constitution article 1 section 10 (Clause 1); Money and Currency: Coining money, emitting bills of credit, or making anything other than gold and silver coin a legal tender for paying debts.

The cited constitutional provision does not confer any rights on any individual. It states as follows: "No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility."
