I need your help on that issue :
I am owner of condo (Toronto), the property manager (he is employee of Wilson and Blanchard Inc) is giving me hard time on many requests notably the use the visitor parking overnight.
Condo rules of the building allows the use of the visitor parking overnight 8 times per month per owner. This manager gives extension for some owner but he is refusing it to me. He also allow some the use of it during daytime for few ours but not to me.
The security gardian have instruction to make tall the car.
What I called Wilson and Blanchard Inc, they do not care.
What I can do legally. Who can help me ?
Do you have good lawer to refer to me ?
