Conflict of interest involving judge

My husband worked for a school district for 27 years, we filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. Would you consider it a conflict of interest if the judge on his case judges mock trials for the schools in the same county and presides over cases where one of the parties is a school district in the same county? It is a VERY large county with many judges that could hear the case. Either way, should the judge have at lease disclosed it? If yes, how do they disclose?

That isn't enough to trigger Recusal of the Judge. You can always Motion to Recuse the Judge but I doubt that will work.
