We are one the of owners in a private community boat on bull shoals lake, arkansas 7owners. As boat dock Captain, I am responsible that we all recognize all rules and regulations of the Corps of Engineers.
We have one owner that is allowing unregistered boats, public fishing tournaments off our dock,we think she is renting her stall to her neighbor, refusing to carry insurance putting the rest up to liability for letting anyone and everyone on our dock. Corps of Engineer rules state that you must carry insurance, no unregistered boats and fishing tournaments off a private dock is illegal.
What can we do to stop this type of free-for-all behavior
