I am on comunity control for 2 years followed by 3 years probation for trafficking in meth,14gr.I transfered to another county in Fl. to take care of my father. he is now int the last stages of kidney disease and has to do dialysis 3 times a week, 4 hours a time in the neighboring county. My question is this, Is there any way I can have my probation extended and the community control eliminated so that I can take care of my dad untill he dies.I have passed all drug test,paid a month in advance on fine's, fees, and restitution.I am willing to do 3 or 4 years probation to make up the difference for the community control.
