Does anyone know the law on Common-Law Marriage in Florida. What are my rights as a woman whose lived with a man for 15 years.

Most states do not recognize common law. you might not be entitled to anything. Without legally marrying someone you lose your ights in many cases. You should see an attorney.

I have done a little research, and found out that common law marriage is still reconized in 14 states. Florida is one of them. Where would i check to see what it states?

I have put into this live-in relationship of 15 years equally. Is it possible he can throw me out on the street with nothig but my clothes and car, only a part time job, and very little money on hand? By the way ,he owns the propery and home.

You are going to need an attorney. This is not a do it yourself thing.

Even if you were married for 15 years in the state of Florida, since Florida is not a community property state what he made is his. Maybe you can get some temporary support, but don't hesitate to talk with a couple of lawyers.
