Corporate Law commercial space for corporation?

Hi, I'd like to know since my partner and I have started a Corporation for Adult Webcam Site, if we 'Have' to find a commercial space to work out of?

Or is there some how that we can work out of our homes as we want to.
Some kinda of loop hole for this?

We are trying to keep costs down.
