I have a small piece of commercial property and I am having to evict this guy because he does not have a liquor license and have not even applied for one. When is the business considered abandoned and when can I legally lock the doors. He has not paid rent and I have filed for eviction with the courts. The sheriff has been trying to serve him but he has not been at the business or open. He was opening everyday without a liquor license and serving alcohol. I currently hold the liquor license on the business but took them off the wall when he leased the business. I told him he could not sell liquor on my license and pointed out to him the lease stated he had to obtain a liquor license. I need help in St. Louis, Missouri
