I won a substantial court judgement in PA. by default in march 2005. It was from a product liaability case. The owner had a small business and it might now be defunct. I am trying to collect on it. My lawyer feels that I may not be able to collect on it. Is there anything I can do to get any of it? Or would it be wise to just try to sell it to someone?
