Yeah dude, here's a reply: You need to relax. Just call the D.A.'s office and ask tell the secretary about your situation and tell them you need to request being placed on PTI so that you can have it ready when you get to court. First ask to speak to the D.A. or Asst. D.A.. They may too busy to speak with you. In that case, tell the secretary. if they can't do anything, you need to get a lawyer. How old are you?
