CM-110 Before 2 weeks before hearing

Hello everyone.

Well I just learned that i need to fill my CM-110 ( case management conference statement ) 15 days prior to the conference, Next Monday will be just A WEEK from the conference a friend of mine told me that is to late. So i did some research and yes I am late.


Now I am the defendant in this case. So what would happen if I fill one 3-7 days before the hearing? Or It cant be done if is less than 15 days. Do I have to pay a fine? or?
