In Hawaii, as of posting this (10/15/2016), do any of the answers in the thread (Legal rights of parents of pregnant teens?) apply to me?

If you are 15 and pregnant you may safely assume that all of them do. There is no state - repeat, NO state - in the US where pregnancy confers legal emancipation on a minor, if that is the question. There is NO state in the US where a pregnant minor has any rights, other than the right to make the decisions about her own health care and that of her baby, that a non-pregnant minor does not have.
