my husband died in norco ca while im here in the phils..i want to know if i have the right from my husband property and what claims i am entitled with,he died last june 10 2012 and we just got married here in the phils january 2012

You really need to provide more info. Did he have a will? What property? Why are you separated? Why have you taken no action until now? Where was he living?
