    Is there a statue of limitations to set aside a default judgment on an Unlawful Detainer in CA?

    Yes, there is a time limit (not a statute of limitations, per se). If you explain the matter more fully, you will get a more useful answer.

    It's not a statute of limitations, but the relevant statutes are Code of Civil Procedure section 473(b) and section 473.5.

    Query whether you have a valid defense or if you are just looking to delay the inevitable.
