civil hearing with warrant from another court

I have a warrant in 55thh district court for unpaid fines. I have to be in 54a district court today. Will they arrest me? Will tthey know I have a warrant?

Some courts run every name for warrants. Some courts don't run the names.
There's no one answer. It's simply a catch as catch can strategy.
You can't run forever, and if you wait, they could catch you at a most inconvenient time.
If you can make bail, arrange it before you go, assuming you decide to go.
If its a "see the judge warrant", and you go, get your story ready to tell the judge.

Just in case, better get your affairs in order before you go, it might be a few months (or more) before you can go home!
