I`am 25.I was at this store and they caught me stealing items on there cameras taking of the price tag off with a scissor.I was in a room.I give them the item back.There were 3 items.(total of $35)Give them the scissor.Checked my bag just in case I guess.They got my personal info.Also I`am banned from the store.And now I receive a civil demand letter in the mail for $225.Should I pay them?
Mom says if I pay them this will be over.Is that true?Will they send me to court after this?Will I go to jail?Will this be in my record?PLZ HELP thx
