I've been trying to research procedural policy and sunshine law information (State is Ohio) and haven't had any luck for my specific situation. Hoping there may be help to steer me in the right direction.
Situation involves a board of trustees and their decision making procedures. Within a board of 4 members, can a single member without an open meeting and without knowledge or approval from the other members initiate a project of any type?
I believe the answer is obvious; however, I would like to find the documentation to show without a question.
